Founder and Chairman:  Bruce C. Baird has over 30 years experience in multifamily development, construction and management.  Mr. Baird has developed more than 1,000 affordable housing units across New York State.  He started Belmont Management Co., Inc. in 1975.

President:  Robert Miller, Jr. is an MBA graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo and has been in the multifamily housing management business since 1978.  A licensed real estate broker in New York State, Registered Apartment Manager since 1981 and Certified Property Manager® since 1993, Mr. Miller attends to the overall financial management of each property in the corporate portfolio.  In addition, he conducts regular corporate training seminars.

Vice President:  Cecelia A. Hogan is a Registered Apartment Manager, licensed real estate broker in New York State, and has multifamily management experience since 1977.
